Galentine's Day Cupcakes & Soy Candles Workshop at Lancaster Cupcake!

We’re back! Celebrate Galentine’s with your besties at Lancaster Cupcake with Corina from ShePaintsCo. Learn the craft of making your very own, small batch soy candles at the Granite Run location. Blend your custom scent from an assortment of high quality, phthalate free, carcinogen free, and paraben free oils. The best part, 1 cupcake of your choice is included per ticket purchase. Lancaster Cupcake will be open as well to grab extra treats to enjoy or take home.
Decorate your soy candle and 4 tealights with an assortment of biodegradable glitters, crystal chips, and soy wax embeds. Unique, Valentine’s Themed Glitters will be available for this workshop. You will be guided through the process step by step, no experience needed! This workshop is for anyone 12 and up.
All tools are provided for your soy candle making experience. Bring an apron if you’d like and get ready to create in a fun, relaxing atmosphere. A wax melter is provided to pre-melt the soy wax by Corina, which is then poured into your own pour pitcher by you, to blend with choice fragrance oils. You will make one amber jar candle and 4 tea lights using 9 oz of soy wax. Your 1 wick amber jar soy candle burns up to 44 hours. Tealights hold .6 oz of wax and burn up to 6 hours.
You can upgrade at the workshop for $15 to add on a wooden, candle-safe, heart shaped dough bowl. These bowls hold around 7 oz and are refillable in West Reading for $18. Pink and Brown heart bowl options available to add on. The purchase today will cover your seat to pour one amber jar soy candle and 4 tealights, as well as a cupcake of your choice.
Trade tealights you create with others in the group to leave with a variety of scents infused with each others creative expression. Can’t wait to create with you!
